Mooli Paratha

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 220 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Water
Radish - 190 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1/4 teaspoon
Mango powder -1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Ghee

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and knead into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest for 10 minutes.
3. Take a 190 grams radish and grate.
4. Squeeze the grated radish to remove excess water.
5. Transfer it to mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli, 1/4 teaspoon mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon green chilli, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well.
6. Take a medium size ball from the dough.
7. Roll the ball into small circle.
8. Place few tablespoons of the radish stuffing on the dough circle.
9. Cover with another dough circle and seal the edges completely.
10. Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller.
11. Heat a tawa, place paratha on it and cook on moderate heat. Turn it and pour some ghee, spread it on paratha and shallow fry over low heat.
12. Turn it and again pour some ghee on other side. Cook on low heat till golden brown. 
13. Serve hot with butter.
